Shipping policy

All items are delivered by Royal Mail. Rates depend on the country (and in some cases region) being delivered to. UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

• Greetings cards, postcards, wedding stationery samples (including day and evening invitations, save the date cards and order of service cards) & wedding gifts are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class within the UK or International Standard outside the UK.

• Artwork & personalised wedding stationery (including bulk orders of invitations, menu cards, table plans and place cards) are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For within the UK or International Signed outside the UK.

• Christmas cards are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (for free) within the UK or International Standard (not for free) outside the UK.

Non-personalised items are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days, however personalised items depend on how quickly you send me your personalisation and you checking the proofs.

Typically, delivery in the UK takes 1-3 working days, European deliveries take 3-5 working days and International deliveries take 5-10 working days.

Please note I cannot process an item as 'lost' unless 4 working weeks have passed, in line with Royal Mail's guidelines.

Depending on the country you are having the items shipped to, there may be custom charges to pay. Please note these are your responsibility and I cannot be held responsible for any custom or import charges as a result of importing your items. It may be helpful to have a look prior to ordering so they don't come as a surprise!
