Poppleberry Stationery’s Privacy Policy

  1.       WHAT DATA DO I COLLECT?

As my business is making wedding stationery, I collect information that is required to complete your order. This is given to me either by Facebook Messenger, my order form at Google Docs or by email poppleberrycrafts@gmail.com. I collect your name, email address (so I can send a PayPal invoice) and postal address. Other information I collect will depend on your order but will normally include the date, time and location of your wedding and anything else that is needed to fulfil your order.

 

I also collect cookies when you visit my website. These are small bits of data which are designed to help websites remember information and are sent to the user’s computer and stored on their web browser. They help to personalise your website experience.

 

  1.       HOW DO I COLLECT YOUR DATA?

I send a PayPal Goods & Services invoice to your email address for payment and I will receive notification from PayPal of your payment which will include your name, email address, postal address and contact number if these details have been filled in on your PayPal account settings.

 

  1.       DO I SHARE DATA WITH 3RD PARTIES?

Data is only shared with the companies stated above. I will never sell or disclose any information to any 3rd parties that aren’t essential to my ordering or business process.

 

  1.       HOW IS YOUR DATA STORED?

Any data I collect is stored securely on my personal, password protected computer and any printed data is kept securely locked within my office.

After 2 months of your wedding taking place or if you decide not to proceed with an order then all your data is deleted, apart from information needed for business purposes like invoices for accounts and tax purposes.

Any digital file of your finished artwork which includes personal data will be stored on my personal, password protected computer or in password protected cloud storage via Microsoft One Drive, there privacy policy can be viewed here.
