I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
*WEDDING SAMPLES
We will accept returns with refunds or exchanges on our wedding samples providing they are not personalised. Personalisation includes changing the text, layout, fonts or colours of any items and if so these orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If your items were not personalised and you wish to return them, please contact us. You will need to ship the item(s) back to us and it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage. Please note, the item is your responsibility from the moment you receive it until it reaches us, and therefore we ask, you do not destroy or throw away any products (even if they arrive faulty) as this will affect your refund entitlements. You will also be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any other way than what is necessary to establish the quality and functioning of your items.
* WEDDING STATIONERY
Any items that are made to your specific requirements, whether it be size, personalisation, wording, colours or style, and cannot be resold, are classed as a personalised item. Personalised items are unable to be refunded, except in the rare cases where they arrive damaged, in which case it is our discretion to either refund you or send a replacement free of charge.
You will have numerous proofs sent to you to approve before any of our personalised items go to print. If you approve a print that contains spelling or information errors, we cannot be held responsible for the misprint. Please check your proofs thoroughly before signing off for print.
Personalisation
If your order includes a personalisation, please leave your personalisation details in the cart (“Leave your message here”) - if no clear instructions are given the dispatch of your item will be delayed.

Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted within 24hrs of ordering on all of my items, as long as no work has started on your order. Please refer to my refund policies below:
Refunds
- if work has started on your order (eg. a custom design, change of design or inputting
of personal information) but no proofs have been sent - 65% refund
- if work has been completed and first proofs sent - 50% refund
- if proofs have been approved and gone to print - 0% refund
